Funding Transparency & Philanthropic Disclosures
Association ELSE is funded through a transparent combination of municipal and departmental cultural grants, regional project subsidies, statutory membership dues, and non-commercial public donations. In accordance with French tax legislation (Articles 200 and 238 bis of the Code Général des Impôts), gifts made to our general interest association entitle individual taxpayers to an income tax reduction equal to 66% of the donation amount, within the statutory limit of 20% of taxable income.
